What can I see on T-Pay?
T-Pay gives you more than the latest payslip. TeacherSKE lists these items:

How to view and download your TSC payslip
Use a phone or a laptop. The steps below follow the guides. The portal address is covered in the next section.
- Open the T-Pay portal in your browser.
- Type your TSC number with digits only. For example, enter 123456, not TSC/123456.
- Enter your T-Pay password. If you have forgotten it, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
- Answer the simple arithmetic question shown next to the login fields, then click Login.
- Click View Latest Payslip to open this month's payslip. You can print it or save it as a PDF.
- For an older payslip, choose View Payslips in the main menu, then select the year and month.

Why does my TSC login fail?
Two mistakes can stop a login. The first is adding the TSC/ prefix to your number. The second is a wrong answer to the security stamp, the arithmetic question on the login page.

How do I reset a forgotten T-Pay password?
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. TeacherSKE says the reset code goes to the phone number recorded on your TSC payroll record. If that number is wrong, the reset can be hard to complete.

Nash Thuo describes a different route. The form asks for your TSC number, the answer to your secret question, a phone number and a personal email address. The new login details then arrive by email. The two guides disagree on the method, so it is unconfirmed.

Where do I get my P9?
Open the P9(s) section in the T-Pay menu, pick the tax year, then click Print. The P9 summarises your gross pay, PAYE and reliefs for the year. You use it to file your KRA return.
