TSC services for teachers, in one place

TPAD, payslip, TSC number, wealth declaration, transfers, promotions and recruitment. Each task below has a plain answer, our step by step guide and the official TSC link. We are not TSC, and we never ask for your TSC number, ID number or password.

We are not TSC. SchoolRegistry Kenya is an independent directory of schools. You sign in and apply on TSC's own portals. These guides only help you find the right one and use it.

Tools for teachers

Get a note when TSC publishes something that affects you

Teachers miss deadlines because the notice came out on a day nobody was looking. Choose what you want and give your email address. When TSC publishes a deadline or a notice, we send it with the source. It is free, and every email has a link that stops all alerts.

We ask for an email address only. Never your TSC number, ID number or password.

Every school in Kenya already has a free page here. Claim your school's page, correct what is wrong and add what only you know, such as fees, boarding and contacts. It costs nothing.

Questions teachers ask about this page

Is SchoolRegistry Kenya part of the Teachers Service Commission?
No. We are an independent directory of Kenyan schools. We explain TSC services in plain words and link to the official TSC portal for each one. You always sign in on TSC's own site, never on ours.
Will you ask for my TSC number, ID number or password?
No. Our alerts ask for an email address only. Never type your TSC number, ID number or TSC password into any site except the official TSC portals.
How do the teacher alerts work?
Choose what you want, give your email address and click the link in the confirmation email. We write when TSC publishes a deadline or notice that affects teachers, and every email has a link that stops all alerts. We only send what TSC has published, with the source.
Where do the answers on this page come from?
From TSC's own pages where they could be opened, and from named Kenyan news reports where they could not. Each guide shows its source under every figure and says what we could not confirm, with the date we checked.
Something here is out of date. What do I do?
Write to us from the guide's page and we will check it against the TSC source and correct it. Rules and deadlines change, so for anything that affects your pay or posting, confirm on the official TSC site as well.
