Date alerts for Kenya open once the KCSE, KJSEA and placement dates published by KNEC and the Ministry of Education are on our calendar. Until then there is nothing to sign up for, and we will not send a date nobody has announced.
Questions people ask
- When will I get an email?
- A week before each date you chose and again the day before. If a date is added to the calendar less than a week ahead, the first reminder comes as soon as it is added. If two dates fall close together, they come in one email.
- Where do the dates come from?
- From our education calendar, which takes each date from KNEC, the Ministry of Education, KUCCPS or the university itself. Where only the press has reported a date, the email says so. A date nobody has announced is never sent.
- Can I change what I get reminded about?
- Yes. Sign up again with the same email address and new choices. Nothing changes until you click the link in the new confirmation email.
- How do I stop the alerts?
- Every alert has a link at the bottom that stops all alerts with one click.
- Can I get alerts on WhatsApp?
- Not yet. WhatsApp alerts will follow. Email is the only channel for now.
